John began his real estate career in San Francisco in 1985.  The market at that time had been in a deep recession and interest rates were between 16-18%.  This tough environment was the perfect training ground for the next 24 years of ups and downs in a unique market place.

John is a senior marketing associate and has sold over $300,000,000 worth of properties since his career began.  He specializes in the single family home, residential income property, cooperative apartment, condominium and loft markets throughout the City.  John also has extensive experience in the new home and speculative real estate development market.

He has obtained an E-Pro certification from the National Association of Realtors.  This is a strenuous course in target Internet marketing to a global real estate community.  John is also a member of Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate.
